Mayer Law, LLC, was founded by Attorney David G. Mayer, Jr. with a clear mission in mind: to provide effective and exceptional legal services. At Mayer Law, LLC, we believe that our success is measured by the satisfaction of our clients and the impact that we make in their lives. 

Attorney Mayer was raised on his family’s farm and former implement dealership just outside of Oshkosh, Wisconsin. 

Attorney Mayer firmly believes that growing up on his family farm has instilled in him a strong work ethic and set of core values that has made him a passionate advocate for his clients. 

Attorney Mayer received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Attorney Mayer received his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his Master of Laws of Taxation (LL.M) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. 

Attorney Mayer is flexible and practical and enjoys finding creative solutions to client matters. Throughout Attorney Mayer’s career, his clients have deeply appreciated his broad base of tax knowledge as he is able to provide additional insight when providing legal advice and solutions to clients.

In addition, we use software to communicate with our clients that ensures that sensitive information that is exchanged over the internet is communicated in a secure and encrypted matter. Operating as a virtual law office  provides us with the ability to provide legal services to clients anywhere in the state of Wisconsin, making our legal services more accessible.
